RWG - the 50-50 joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Wood Group has now trained some 120 apprentices over the past two decades and 72 of them are still with the business.
There are also 30 people currently undergoing apprenticeships at the business.
This month marks the 20th anniversary of the start of the joint venture, formed in 1990 to provide Roll-Royce gas turbine repair and overhaul services.
It has grown from £10million sales in the first year to £150million in 2009.
Continuing success over the last two decades has also seen the RWG team grow from 90 people in Aberdeen to more than 500 people working in the UK, US and Malaysia.
RWG director Ian Carmichael said: "The formation of the joint venture brought together the service excellence of Wood Group and the technical excellence of Rolls-Royce."
"It has been a very eventful 20 years for RWG, which has seen many changes and significant growth."
"We look forward to the continued growth of the company in the future."
